Pumper 802 is a 1964 Mack/C-95 pumper. It served
as the department's primary attack unit prior to the arrival of Engine 801 in April of
1998. It the served as backup pumper for the department and was often used to
represent the department in parades. It is stored awaiting possible sale.
Rescue 835 is a 1985 Ford F-350 that began life as a
Montgomery Fire Department firemedic truck. It served as our rescue truck and first
response medical truck. Rescue 835 is maintained as a reserve rescue truck.
Brush 821 is a 1977 Dodge 4x4 pickup. It serves
as our brush truck. It has a 250 gallon water supply and is very useful in fighting
grass fires, our principal opponent. This truck was supplied by the Alabama Forestry Commission.
